Let’s face it, with maybe the exception of baked pasta dishes, pasta sucks reheated. I prefer to transform it into something delicious in the form of a frittata.
In my humble opinion, this has to be the best tomato sauce in the world. Marcella Hazan knew what she was doing. Of course in true GeekyMama style, I had to modify the recipe to my liking. Feel free to omit the garlic and red pepper flakes if you don’t like them. Recipe after the jump.
